Insurance.

The insurance policy covering all yachts is underwritten by Lloyds of London and includes (unique to Magellan Lloyd) a ‘like for like vessel replacement’ in the eventuality that any yacht is rendered unseaworthy.

Definition of unseaworthy being: damage to the superstructure, hull, engine, propellers, steering or navigational systems rendering the vessel temporarily out of use.  This unique policy guarantees 24/7 availability of any yacht irrespective of whether or not it has suffered damage.
